Currently, Opera VPN Pro works on laptops, desktops and mobile devices.
For laptops and desktops, the minimum requirements are Windows 8 or macOS 10.15.7 (Catalina) and an installed Opera Browser or Opera GX along with the VPN Pro client app.
For mobile devices, the minimum requirements are Android 7 and an installed Opera Browser with AI.
Opera VPN Pro is not available for lower versions of the mentioned operating systems or other systems.
