What is VPN Pro's money-back policy and how to get a refund?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your initial payment. A refund is only available if the payment was made no longer than 30 days prior to the claim. We do not grant refunds for recurring subscription payments if you cancel the service after renewal, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
