VPN Pro subscription is always linked with your Opera Account. This is the account you have logged in inside Opera products. Opera Account is your unique account and allows you to use subscriptions on any device which is logged into the same account.
Google Play Store account is related to your Android device. There is no link between VPN Pro and your Google Play Store account, except for the fact that payments for VPN Pro subscription are charged there.
You do not need to use the same email address for Opera Account and Google Play Store account, although we recommend using the same one to avoid confusion.
