I'm unable to connect to Opera VPN Pro servers via Windows device. What can I do?

If you are experiencing any connection issues with Opera VPN Pro, try the following steps:

  1. Try switching to a few different Opera VPN Pro locations.

  2. Restart your Opera browser.

  3. Close VPN Pro Client app from the tray bar, then start it again from your Start menu.

  4. Reboot your device.

  5. If none of the above work, uninstall the Opera browser and VPN Pro Client app, reboot your device, and install the app again. Try connecting once more. Bear in mind, uninstalling and reinstalling the app will remove all related data that isn't synced through your Opera account.
